I downloaded the Gmail Notifier, expecting it to make a noise when I receive an email.. But it doesn't.. It doesn't do anything at all.. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any answers. =]

How do I get my Gmail Notifier to work?
--- if you installed it correctly all you need to do is login to it and it will make a noise and give you a popup when you get an email.
