How do I get back my gmail password?

I forget my password but I've provided the alternate email address.The problem is I never receive email that sent to my other address.

turn off your junk mail filters. add filter rules that implicitly allow all gmail.com traffic to inbox.





click lost password on gmail website. if you still can't get it send gmail an email but chances are they are not going to do anything because its a free account and there is no other way to authenticate your ID.





next time write down your password on the top of your monitor with a black sharpy you wont forget it. (nor with anyone else who uses yoiur computer)
Reply:Please check the spam filter. the Gmail is sent one url and u can reset your password.





Just remember your alternate email IDs. check all the mail accounts u can will be reach the mail. Password remembering mail i think any servers can't delete or mark as a spam mail.





add this ID to address book "accounts-noreply@google.com" and follow the process of forgotten password.

then click just below it - the line that says - "I cannot access my account"


it will take you to another page - in there click on - "I've forgotten my password"





you might want to add gmail to your address book - so that when they email you your password - it will show up in your "inbox" - most times if someone's email addy is not added to your address book - their email will never make it to your "inbox" instead it will get sent to the "spam" folder or if you're using hotmail it won't make it through your account at all
