How come I don't get my yahoo mail but I do when forwarded to Gmail?

I forwarded my email to Gmail from Yahoo, but when I switch back for Yahoo to receive, I am not getting anything. When I go back to Gmail, I start receiving again. I have contacted Yahoo, but thats like pissing in the wind. Can anybody help?

wierd. Are you using an email client or just a web browser? check your server settings in yahoo. Maybe it's putting all your mail in some folder you're not aware of. I know it's a pretty simple interface, and hard to miss if an e-mail was misplaced, but that's the only problem I can think of. Another thing you can do is add an e-mail address to your yahoo address book. It has to be an e-mail address that you know you can receive e-mail from within the next day or so, so that you can test and see if it works. If you get that e-mail in your inbox, then it's some kind of spam settng keeping you from receiving all your e-mail. If you're still not getting the e-mail even though the sender was in your address book, then I can't think of what the problem would be besides a glitch or something.
