You already have it, just go to your options and start using themes (or select a theme)
How do u get a gmail upgrade...with the "themes"?
Gmail theme is offered to all Gmail users but for some reasons some user are not offered yet.
But you will get the theme options soon. I have several Id and I got them one by one.
Go to setting and see if you have a tab named Theme, if so choose the theme
